The scheduled meeting of the Sherwood Lakes Homeowners Association was convened on this 15th of September, two thousand twenty-three. The meeting was presided over Mr. Brown, with attendance of homeowners in attendance.
Upon check here the call to order, the record from the previous meeting were examined and accepted with a few amendments.
- Mr. Davis, gave a brief financial update outlining the current state of the homeowner association's funds.
- A number of homeowners raised issues regarding upcoming developments in the neighborhood, including the proposed community garden construction and streetlight improvement projects.
- Association members addressed the homeowner's concerns, providing information about the plans.
Concluding the discussion, the meeting was adjourned. The next HOA meeting is scheduled for September, on the same day next month.

Suggested Amendments to Sherwood Lakes Covenants
The Board of Directors is currently reviewing several proposed amendments to the existing covenants for Sherwood Lakes. These proposed adjustments are designed to improve the standard of life for all residents while resolving ongoing concerns and promoting a thriving community.
- Among the proposed amendments are regulations related to yard maintenance, quiet hours, and vehicle placement.
- The HOA encourages all residents to study the proposed amendments thoroughly and provide their feedback by September 1st.
- A public forum will be arranged on August 3rd to address the proposed amendments in more depth.

Sherwood Lakes Community Beautification Project

HOA Board Election Information - Sherwood Lakes
Greetings residents of Sherwood Lakes! The annual election for the Homeowner’s Association (HOA) board is happening soon. This year, we encourage all homeowners to get involved in shaping the future of our community by casting their vote.
The election will be held on Tuesday, November 7th, with voting taking place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the HOA Office.
A list of the running candidates and their platforms will be made available on the HOA website and posted throughout the community by September 20th.
